This weekend, during your Easter reception, it can be found on your table to accompany your Easter brunch or dinner. If you have leftover macaroni and ham salad, you can add ham cubes to your macaroni salad to add protein and create a more nutritious lunch. Your colleagues will have their mouth watering and they will ask for your recipe.

Ingredient
4 cups uncooked macaroni
For the vinaigrette
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup green onions
1 cup diced celery
3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced jalapeno
1/2 cup grated carrots
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a large bowl, whisk togeether the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Add the vegetables, then the cooked and drained pasta.
Cover and refrigerate a feew hours before serving.
