Ingredients:
for about thirty cookies
210 gr of flour
80 gr of icing sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
200 gr of soft butter
1 egg white
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
First of all, start by working the softened butter with a whisk or with a mixer (or the kneader like me)
then add the sifted icing sugar, vanilla sugar and salt
(do not hesitate to lift the mass with a spatula and restart the robot in order to incorporate the butter and sugars as well as possible)
then add the egg white and mix again
and finish with the sifted flour
