This shockingly easy, crisp, melt in your mouth shortbread cookies 
recipe comes together with five ingredients you probably have in your 
pantry!
The cookies keep for weeks when stored properly and you can make the 
dough well in advance for on demand treats! 
 Ingredients:
    for about thirty cookies
    210 gr of flour
    80 gr of icing sugar
    1 sachet of vanilla sugar
    200 gr of soft butter
    1 egg white
    1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
First of all, start by working the softened butter with a whisk or with a mixer (or the kneader like me)
then add the sifted icing sugar, vanilla sugar and salt
(do not hesitate to lift the mass with a spatula and restart the robot in order to incorporate the butter and sugars as well as possible)
then add the egg white and mix again
and finish with the sifted flour
